Apple recommended

So that I understand clearly

The use of the "Apple logo and recommended" to the post supplied as the answer, can we take it that, this is Apple's position on this application?

It seems to be implying that Apple is ok with this app

Am I right or wrong here?

FWIW, it actually means the proposed solution is one that's recommended. It's not a value judgement about the app itself. Trying to use it to fix the problem is recommended. I hope that clarifies things.
