How do I stop unknown purchases that appear on my credit card for $3.27 each?

If it's every month : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support or Downgrade your iCloud storage - Apple Support
If they are not in the purchase history of any account you've linked to the card, and if they aren't : About payment card authorisation holds in the iTunes Store - Apple Support, contact the card issuer.

Are you the organizer for a Family Sharing group? Charges made by others will not appear in your purchase history.
