Multiple charges

Cancelled app subscription & have now been charged 4 times who do I contact to fix this

The charges are for the subscriptions that you cancelled ? If you cancelled them less than 24 hours prior to their auto-renewal you are likely to still be charged for them, if it was more than 24 hours : http://reportaproblem.apple.com or https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
