Not a question but more of a comment. I purchased urbeats a year ago which was replaced under warranty because of the quality. These exact beats malfunctioned exactly the same way my old pair did and apple, instead of trying to resolve with the consumer, gave me the most ridiculous option (which was to send in to repair for exactly the same price as a pair of new head phones). Coming from a person who's been team Apple for 10 years, today was the last straw for me for being treated like this. Normally I would be treated better and I would usually be imprrsssed with customer service but today I've not only been unimpressed, but embarasssd as a consumer. I will NEVER buy another apple product again. Here's a copy of a receipt of the new head phones I bought which are CHEAPER than the repair that Apple offered for my URbeats. Thank you Apple for 10 years, please learn to treat your customers like people and not just a wallet.
