Apple Menu > Lock Screen - help!

Hi, I've just purchased a brand new MBP 15 inch 2017 model. For whatever reason I am unable to find any documentation anywhere (I've searched pretty extensively for about the last 30 minutes now) about one command that shows up in my Apple Menu --> "Lock Screen "

I know what it does, but would like to know if there is a touch bar button that can be assigned or a hot corner that can be assigned to this, or any kind of shortened command/process to lock my screen.

Thanks!

Three keys too many to press?

If you open System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General… and check "Require password "immediately" after sleep or screen saver begins", then setting a Hot Corner to "Start Screen Saver", it will lock the screen.
