Add Applications To Firewall Exception List

I need to add the following 2 processes - does anyone know how to navigate to their location from the + button or what to add in terminal for /usr/libexec/ApplicationFirewall/socketfilterfw --add <?name?>

I apologize for not being clear. The image above is from a state my machine was previously in and it is what I want to re-achieve now, after I foolishly deleted the 2 processes. So yes, I want to be able to ADD the processes back on to the exception list so that I may be able to control their access from the toggle.

If I read your post correctly, you're trying to add the two processes pictured above to your Mac's Firewall exception list. To do this, simply click on Block Incoming Connections beside the process name, then choose Allow Incoming Connections.
