Bad Series 1 42 mm

I had Apple watch 42 mm series 1, two times got repair, first because button not function after got fix,and then now my apple watch cannot touch screen,the bad product apple watch series 1 ever,I keep this watch is very good on my expensive watch collection at home, I loss to much money for this watch.. Hopeful,APPLE PLEASE ALERT MY this COMPLAINT. Thanks and I still do not fix this problems,screen touch

Hi


If your Apple Watch does not respond to touchscreen inputs as expected, then the following steps may help:


Remove any screen protector, case or bumper that you may have fitted to your Apple Watch.


Clean and dry your Apple Watch, being sure to follow Apple's cleaning instructions:


Restart your Apple Watch, including force restarting it if it cannot be restarted via the normal procedure:


If you have not yet done so and if you are able to do so, then update your iPhone and Apple Watch to the latest compatible software versions, starting with your iPhone:


If the issue persists, then I suggest that you contact Apple Support (remote diagnostics and/or mail-in service may be available, if required), make a Genius Bar reservation or visit an Apple Authorised Service Provider for assistance:
