Why does my IPhone X not vibrate sometimes when I swipe up and pause and 3D Touch apps and the flashlight and camera in the lock screen?

My phone won’t vibrate when I do the following

1. Swipe up and pause

2. 3D Touch

3. Activate flash light and camera from home screen

4. And maybe more

My phone doesn't vibrate anymore after updated my iOS to 14.3 I recently updated my 11pro iOS to 14.3 version but I found out that my phone doesn't vibrate anymore. I have done all the possible options I saw on here and doesn't work too. Can someone inside Apple help?
