Fill in forms
I have an iPhone 7. I have downloaded a questionnaire but am unable to fill it in or save it. Please advise in simple layman’s terms. Thanks

How did you download this questionnaire? If through an App, which one?
Is the questionnaire in a website or did you download a file?
If a file, what format is it in? PDF? Word DOC? something else?
Why can't you fill it in? What happens when you try?
