How to print in landscape from my iPad

AirPrint on my iPad does NOT offer a landscape setting. My PC opens documents in Adobe and does offer that option. I have Adobe on my iPad but I don’t know how to make it the default reader as Windows does

iOS 11.2.5, Windows 10 on my laptop
