Does minecraft stat back up to the cloud when I back up - I have paid for extra storage
Minecraft data is not backed up to iCloud. Tested. However, it is part of the DEVICE back up. So, if you removed the game and re-download it, you'll lose your progress.

iCloud backs up app data, if the developer has written that into their app.
Apple would have no way of knowing if the Minecraft developer has done this.
Best to ask them.
Thank you - I have already read this - but it doesn’t actually answer my question specifically to backing up and saving minecraft - it says app data so I assume it is included. My daughter has spent months building her worlds on minecraft so I just want to clarify it is safe
