think ive been sent fake email from some one that claims to be Apple support

It is a scam phishing attempt. Do not click on included links nor provide any personal or financial information. Delete it.

Block the sender from you email account, that is what I do it is easy and they can't get to you unless they create another email. If that happends, just block them again.
