Is it possible in Apple TV 4K to use paired bluetooth headphones AND normal speakers at the same time?

When pairing bluetooth headphones to Apple TV 4K, it seems I have to choose between audio output to the headphones alone, or audio output to Apple TV (meaning normal wired speakers), but not both. With one member of the family needing assistance with hearing, and others not, this seems to make it impossible for everyone to hear the audio output at the same time. Do we really have to choose between bluetooth headphone output vs. normal speakers?
