If you're on an iOS device, you can go to the Files app (formerly iCloud Drive). If you don't see the app, you can download it from the App Store.

Also, be sure to enable syncing for it via Settings > Apple ID (name) > iCloud > scroll down till you see iCloud Drive > turn on.
