I purchased 200 GB of storage and used 16 GB Why have I run out of storage?

The 200GB is cloud storage and does not affect/alter/increase

the amount of storage physically in your iPhone.

Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage. Let it populate to see

what is using the storage on your iPhone.
