app store sending E-mail?

I just got an E-mail for Sleep Cycle Premium (which I hadn't signed up for).

A few questions...

1. Would the App store send such an endorsement?

2. After never subscribing to this "App" and App store did send this, ***?

3. How do I respond to this? I'm afraid to click cancel, because that could possibly give up my identity to a scam. 4. If I delete this E-mail could I potentially be charged this outrageous price?
