My apple id doesn't work in imessage and facetime.

My iMessage and Facetime suddenly stopped working with my Apple ID on my Macbook pro, and cannot be activated anymore.

On my iPhone, they can be activated only with my phone number, not with my apple ID.

I tried to activate iMessage and Facetime with my apple ID so many times, but "An error occurred during activation" message is shown.

What is the problem with my ID?
