High Sierra Won't Download. Error message: The operation couldn’t be completed. (NSURLErrorDomain error -1012.)

Trying to upgrade to High Sierra but keep getting the following error message: The operation couldn’t be completed. (NSURLErrorDomain error -1012.) How do I troubleshoot this?

MacBook Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9.5), memory: 4GB, Storage: 104.8MB

Hi Robyn,

Are you sure that your Mac supports macOS High Sierra? On your Mac, click the Apple logo in the top left corner, then click About this Mac.

Hello, robynfrommililani.

It's my understanding that you're unable to download macOS High Sierra due to an error. I do have some suggestions that may help you with this. Since it's been a few days, have you tried to download it again? If you're still receiving the error, I would try a different Wi-Fi network if possible. Also, make sure you have enough storage space available.
