Trying to upgrade to High Sierra but keep getting the following error message: The operation couldn’t be completed. (NSURLErrorDomain error -1012.) How do I troubleshoot this?

MacBook Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9.5), memory: 4GB, Storage: 104.8MB

Hello, robynfrommililani.

It's my understanding that you're unable to download macOS High Sierra due to an error. I do have some suggestions that may help you with this. Since it's been a few days, have you tried to download it again? If you're still receiving the error, I would try a different Wi-Fi network if possible. Also, make sure you have enough storage space available.
