Swiss German " now defaults to „ since ios 11.
Does anyone know how to fix ths or is it just Apples US focus again?

Fixed by turning off ios 11 Smart Punctuation.
Clearly, "smart punctuation" developers think that all of Europe uses the Spanish „" quote pair system!
