IPad Pro 12.9” keyboard issues

I have an iPad Pro 12.9” and the Smart Keyboard has stopped working In the last few weeks. I have reset twice and ensured all contacts are clean. I have also tried on various angles as some have suggested and tried on another iPad Pro in case it was the iPad causing issues. Still no luck. I was thinking about replacing it but other posts have showed it has not helped.

Hi Allen,


Have tried everything. I got the keyboard when first released and has been working perfectly the entire time until recently. It could be just old but unsure whether to replace as others are having issues too. It looks to be in perfect condition with just a little fraying on one side at the rear in one of the folded sections. Can’t really attribute to a software upgrade as it has worked after each one. Maybe support can help. I’ll await a response again before contacting support in case you have another option. Thanks
