Macbook Air is being slow and the fan is constantly running

my MacBook is being super slow and it is making a fan sound. i know when it makes that sound it means its over heating but its not hot at all and it hasn’t been outside where it could get over heated. i have tried everything i reset it, shut it down, done a SMC reset and nothing is working. it has been doing this since last night and the fan won’t stop being loud and it just keeps running so slow. Even netflix is lagging, I have tried other internet networks and nothing is working. Please help

Problems with my MacBook air Recently my MacBook Air has begun to run extremely slow and the fans always seem to be on at full speed, I read to see if I could find anything but most say it to be an overheating issue but my Mac is always cool, I’m asking to see if this issue is common and wether I can have to take it somewhere to be looked at or if I can fix this my self?
