10.13.3 Network wifi drive

I have a wifi drive connected to my time machine and it and network in "Computer Name" is not showing up.

MacBook Pro with Retina display, macOS High Sierra (10.13.3)

Is this server/location/folder in my network folder normal? I noticed this in my toolbar under "Shared". I cant get info or delete it and it doesn't show up in disk utility or the network pane of system preferences. Very odd that it is a PC network.Trying to connect says Connection Failed.A google search for the folder/location name "coe-ste-g134b" brought up no results.

How to add 2 other computers to my local wi-fi network? I have had a working Local area wi-fi network all setup involving 3 Macs. Suddenly, 2 of them have disappeared from the network! How do I restore add back the missing Macs? I forgot how I did it before so long ago. TIA

wifi question just got my first apple computer (iMac 24") I was wondering if having the wifi on while connected by ethernet will cause any issues.
