passcode

I know my passcode but iphone was disables what is the issue , this is the second time

If the phone is disabled somebody has typed in the wrong passcode too many times. To reset the phone : If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
