E-mail set up for Ipad

I can receive e-mails but I can't send them out. When I went in and set it up, the smtp account came back as smtp.vernspoolservice.com instead of network solutions.com. but it won't accept that either. I do have a personal e-mail with Xfinity on the the system, but I don't want to mess it up. Any suggestions?

Hello and welcome to Apple Support Communities, teresa frustrated.
If I understand your post correctly, you're unable to send emails from teh Mail app on your iPad but you're able to receive emails with the same account. I'd like to help.
Try the steps in this article:
If you can’t send or receive emails on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
