Macbookair 500 GB flash drive 8gb ram. Mac OS High Sierra 10.13.3. 1.7 GHz Intel core i7. I receive error 8060 when using iphoto.

(com.apple.Compressor.CompressorKit.ErrorDomain error -1.) I have been trying for hours now to export my imovie as a file onto my laptop and nothing seems to be working. I have gone through nearly every youtube video and website possible to find a solution. i have tried the safe boot multiple times and the disk utility thing apple recommended on there website. Nothing seems to be working, its driving me insane. Does anyone else have any other solutions to this? cheers -nicole
