I buy IPhone 6 in the shop,but after removing content and settings my IPhone blocked and asking Apple which I never saw before.
Go back to the shop and ask the staff to remove the lock or give you a refund. If you bought a new(not secondhand) iPhone, you can instead take it and its purchase receipt to a physical Apple Store.
