ios 11.2.5 is awful. Can we downgrade to 11.1?

I habe been using ios 11.1 on my 6s Plus for the last few months. The update was suprisingly good. Last week, I was advised by an Apple Store specialist to update my phone for security reasons. After updating from 11.1 to 11.2.5, my phone went to #%*^#%*.......... My Battery is totally messed up now. It will go from 85-74-62 in minutes and drops in intervals of 10..... The "light" sensitivy option in settings for 3D touch is plagued with bugs and is now worthless. The update in general is full of freezing of device, etc. It's bizarre to see a phone go from perfect working condition to utterly useless by an "update" that Apple told me to download....... Maybe they do want to crash peoples phones so they have to buy a new one every 12 months?

Please bring back ios 11.1..... Does anyone know how to get back ios 11.1 from 11.2.5????? I was going to try 11.2.6 but I am hearing awful things about the battery icon now just disappearin. LOL. Apple needs to understand 80% of iPhones out in the world are not the iPhone X.... and they should be sending updates out for specific models, too. Google and Android are so much smarter I am realizing because when they send an update out. The updates are for specific models. Very dissapointed. Now I have a $950 paper weight.... And I only purchased the phone like 1 year ago...... lol

Thanks for the reply. Everything I read on 11.2.6 is very bad. Battery icon missing and airpods connectivity Issues. Plus, you really want an update that has some beta testing. Considering 11.2.5 ruined my iPhone, I have to wait and hope. In the meantime, I may have to start considering an alternative. This Device drives me crazy. At 20%, the device thinks it is dieing of battery and the entire interface gets wacky.

Ultimately, 11.1 update was terrific on all our devices.

So odd, so after updating from 11.1.... now my phone sits at 1% battery life for an hour. And the 3d touch peek and pop in Safari becomes glitchy and slow. I wish I never updated. Apple ruined everyones phone by the genious performance-battery draining software problem. They broke so many phones for no reason. It is kind of hilarious. My iPhone 4s worked perfectly well for 6 years.

I spoke to my cousin who works at Google. He made an interesting point. Android updates for phones are specifically designed for a single device. They are tested for months for a specific device. Whereas Apple will just send iOS updates for every single generation iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch..... no wonder so many phone are having problems. I do believe if Apple would have just made proper updates instead of destroying peoples performance in their phones.... we would be ok. My Moms phone is now freezing and shutting off, now. She never had problems before. I bet this was Phil Schullyer decision to ruin peoples phones.

Like seriously, lets take 200 horse power put of the new Mustang after it becomes one year old.... lol

i now own a $950 paper weight. And I will not be buying another Apple product after seeing how poorly they have started treating their loyal customers. Steve Jobbs would never have done anything like this....
