Not found scrolling option

Hi team,

I'm using Mac book pro with OS X Yosemite

recently I bought Magic Keyboard and Magic Mouse for that

when I connected with my Mac I'm not able to do Scrolling and zooming opting using My magic mouse

I tried setup the Scrolling and zooming in system preference but I'm not able to find Point and Click option under Mouse.. I'm not sure what is the problem.. Please help me out to find the solution for this..

Ok. thank you..

after I updated my os that problem got solved

but, my keyboard short cut such Brightness increase/Decrease, Volume increase/decrease, forward/backward/pause play and etc is not working

that row keys is not doing their business after that..

what should I do???
