Sleep/Wakes error

Hi,


I have spent the last 2 months dealing with the sleep/wake problem.

Every time when I open the lid and the Macbook wakes up from sleep I have an error.

Macbook is rebooting and this error is shown:

I have contacted Apple support with no luck.

I have reset the SMC

I have reset the NVRAM

I have used disk utility on internet recovery to erase my Macbook
