Require support to change birthdate. Do not want to create another apple ID. Birthdate typed as 1 month old. Clearly this was not intentional. Functionality in settings exist but does not allow change? Informed to contact Apple support. 90 days support included in new phone. IStore cannot assist. Cannot phone apple, Cannot contact agent. What kind of support is this?

You can't change the date of birth on a child account, probably to stop children logging into their accounts and making themselves look older. Obviously 'IStore' won't be able to do anything as they are not Apple.
There are a number of ways of contacting iTunes Support and see if they can/will change the date of birth on the account e.g. via the 'contact Support' link at the top right of every page on here, http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww or https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
Apple Support by e-mail or chat Select your device, Battery, Power and Charging, then Power adapter not working to get a chat option. If you need to talk to them, ask them if they will do a Skype or FaceTime with you.
