canot create AppleID
I am trying to create a new appleID but keep getting this message for the past few days.. any one?
"You cannot create an Apple ID at this time. Try again later."
Are you aware that all previous purchases remain tied to the Apple ID used when making the purchase?
If you have an existing Apple ID, consider doing a name change instead of creating a new Apple ID.
