I find when ever i attempt to switch on or bring it out of standby in cold temperate its a no go and at times i get a streaky screen i have found a temp ? fix as follows grab my dear wife's electric hair dryer and blast the front and rear for a couple of minuets and bingo the ipad is up and running maybe some one could design a small electric blanket for it ?? but Why !!

Hi cheers for the prompt reply but i have done all that without a cure as i said only temp cure is blow dry heat onto the devise the first symptom came a few months ago on power up the screen would show two vertical strips but would clear if i switched off then on but that has not been the cure and know find the use of heat
