I just shot a short on my Blackmagic Ursa Mini in ProRes - it didn't come out as previous times, the quality was bad, what happened? The dop put it in exfat format, could that be it? Can it be salvaged?

I just shot a short on my Blackmagic Ursa Mini in ProRes - it didn't come out as good quality as previous times, the quality was poor, very grainy, what happened? The d.o.p put it in exfat format, could that be it? Can it be salvaged?

Any help would be appreciated.
