iPhone X stolen

Could you please help my who I can locate my new iPhone with IMEI number. it's new and I don't use it.
I want to know who I can track it?

iCloud: Locate your device - https://support.apple.com/kb/PH2698- "If Find My iPhone can’t locate the device, the last known location is displayed for up to 24 hours. "
You can't find it with IMEI. Maybe your cellphone provider could but probably not without police involvement.
