Sometimes, when face id is recognizing your face, appear a blank screen with the sign "Face ID".

Yes. This frequently appears if you're attempting to unlock your phone but a face is not detected. I can reliably get this screen when swiping up on the lock screen with my face way off to the side. It seems to be a prompt to remind you to actually put your face in front of your phone.
