When I try to add explicit music on apple music it acts as if its adding and the just shows the plus button again. I don't have any restrictions and only does this with certain artists

I am using an iPhone 7 plus and I am on iOS 11.2.6 but it did this with other versions. I tried to sign in and out and turning restrictions on and off.
