New iMac when start up apple logo frozen
I have a new iMac bought last Feb 2017 the latest model then all of a sudden when you restart the apple logo and progress bar is frozen and does not allow you to go past this screen. What to do?

Try resetting the NVRAM per the direction in How to reset NVRAM on your Mac - Apple Support. If that does not work restart in Safe Mode per the directions in Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac - Apple Support.
If that does not work, immediately call AppleCare and schedule an appointment at your local Apple Store.
By chance is there any antivirus, cleaning or any third party "maintenance" apps installed?
There is none.
Both did not work - the apple logo and progress bar is still frozen
