iCloud contact addresses (only) disappear

I keep exactly one Contact in iCloud - the rest are all stored in my Exchange account. That one contact is mine - used for Siri's My Information record. I only do that because there are related names available in iCloud, that are not for Contacts stored elsewhere. Anyway, that worked great until about a week ago and in that time period, the addresses (Home & Work) for that one Contact have disappeared! No other info is missing from the Contact. My thought is to either deleted and re-create the Contact or just go back to storing my contact in Exchange.
