tranfering music

i have a ipad air 32gb with all my purchases from itunes and is ok to play in djay pro app. ive bought a second ipad air 2 with bigger storage.

all i want to do us use the ipad air 2 for all music and have my ipad air 1 just for browsing web

problem ive backed upto icloud and thought if i just sign into icloud all music will come on air pad 2?

my icloud is on and cant see why im getting this
