Macbook & Facetime not making or receiving Audio Calls

I used to use facetime on my macbook air to answer and make phone calls all the time. Now it does not ring, and I cannot make the typical cell facetime audio calls I used to make. I can still use the wifi to make facetime calls etc just not cell usage. icloud still show the macbook air to still be a recognized device but nothing.

HELP!!

Hey ks65mustang,

If I understand correctly, Since FaceTiem works except for when using cellular data, make sure you have the correct setting enabled.

On Mac, open the FaceTime app, then choose FaceTime > Preferences. Click Settings, then select Calls From iPhone.

Use Continuity to connect your Mac, iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Apple Watch
