I can’t update my app

why my billing information doesn't show none option? Help me please.

I need help to fix the app problem Everytime I try and download or update my apps it send me to billing information and I have it on none and it still won’t work, all the apps are free so I don’t know why it needs billing information? Does someone know how to fix this?

This is a user to user support forum. Nobody here can help with this issue. Use the contact support link at the bottom of If you can't choose None when you edit your Apple ID payment information - Apple Support.
