how to resset security questions

Hi , I recently purchased iPhone X , I remember my Apple ID and password but it keeps asking me for security questions which I can’t seem to remember, it’s so annoying . I can’t purchase anything. I tried to change but it keeps telling me I have insufficient information to reset the password
