Have you checked if there is any ways to unsubscribe, or change the e-mail notifications, using the mails you are reciving?

In fact, there is. The link at the bottom of every email essentially gets one to the place I described above:

So clicking on "Communities Profile" in any of the emails works too.

Sign in to your account. Click your account name in the upper left of a forum page. In the box that appears, click "Preferences" toward the bottom. On the page that pops up, uncheck all of the boxes under Email Preferences and then click Save. That should do it.
