If I buy an Apple Watch series 2 Nike+ that was originally purchased in November 2017, is it still supported by Apple (software,warranty) being that it is no longer made?

Yes - Apple Watch Nike + Series 2 supports the latest version of watchOS.

The watch will also still benefit from the balance of Apple's Limited Warranty.
