I have a problem with activation my iPhone 5s. I have bought the iPhone in a shop one year ago. After update iPhone has an activation screen and asks previous owner’s Apple ID and Password. I don’t know Apple ID and Password; I haven’t communication with him. I can not use my iPhone 2 weeks. I am so disappointed this situation. Can you help me to disable this function, please?

Serial No of my iPhone is F17N49E6FFG8 and IMEI is 352050060977138. I attach photos of the box.

Turn off Find My iPhone Activation Lock (formerly: Activation Lock: Removing a device from a previous owner’s account) - https://support.apple.com/HT201441 - If an activation lock was put on a device, only the owner of the account that applied the lock can remove it.

Get the shop to remove it or return the phone for a refund.
