iPhone 7s podcast and other audio apps glitching

My iPhone 7 has been glitching on apps that use audio, mainly podcast and audible, but also Spotify! I noticed it started with my podcasts app where the episode playing will stop, skip and/or fast forward, all on its own, with no apparent reason for it and it’s quite persistent. It also seems to be sensitive to movement of the phone, for example, pausing or skipping to another episode when I place the phone in my pocket. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app, taking off the Siri features on the apps, look for updates....Nothing seems to work. Has anyway had similar issues and or know how to fix it? Thanks
