I've lost my Stocks widget. How do I reinstall it?

iPad Wi-Fi, iOS 11.2.6

Some built-in apps are not available on iPads on iOS.

There is no stocks app, no weather app, no calculator app, no health app, no Wallet or Apple Pay apps, maybe a couple others I can’t remember at the moment.
