Please help. I can read messages but cannot respond thru my Uconnect screen.

Hearing Texts I just did the new Iphone update and when I'm on the phone, I can't hear my text messages when I receive them. My phone is on loud and I checked all the settings. Is there a way for me to hear my messages while on the phone?
