exclamation mark problem iwatch

I tried to install the lastest update for my iwatch and now all I get is an exclamation mark.

You'll need to contact Apple Support per this article: If you see a red "!" on your Apple Watch - Apple Support


If your Apple Watch displays User uploaded file after a software update, you need to contact Apple Support for service options.
