I keep receiving emails saying my apple account is locked

Those are all scams. If someone's Apple ID actually gets disabled, they'll be told when they try logging into it instead of through email.

Forward them to reportphishing@apple.com as attachments and then delete them.

A lot to. Most likely a phishing scam. Usually just check the email address you should be able to tell it’s a fake.

You can block the sender from sending you emails. If you don't know how to do this search your email.
